**Technical Architect Data Workbench (Full Stack)** **Experience:** 12 - 20 Years **Education:** BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in CS, IT, or equivalent **Industry:** Medical Devices / Healthcare / IT Software **Role Overview**We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Architect to lead our **Data Workbench** team. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring expertise in full-stack development, cloud-native architecture, and technical mentoring. You will drive the design of scalable tools for data management while ensuring high standards of code quality and system performance in a regulated environment. **Key Responsibilities** - **Technical Leadership:** Act as a coach for the engineering team, setting development practices and quality goals. - **Full Stack Design:** Architect and integrate software components using **C++, Python, and Web technologies** (JavaScript/TypeScript). - **Performance Optimization:** Identify bottlenecks and optimize application efficiency to meet high-performance benchmarks. - **Database & Cloud:** Lead database design (MongoDB/RDBMS) and migration, ensuring seamless data handling on **AWS**. - **Collaboration:** Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define and ship features in a **SAFe/Agile** environment. - **Mentorship:** Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide guidance to engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement. **Technical Skill Requirements** - **Full Stack Development:** Expert proficiency in **C++, Python, Web (JS/TS, CSS, HTML)**, and **Microservices**. - **Data & Storage:** Hands-on experience with **MongoDB** or RDBMS; experience building cloud-native data warehouses. - **DevOps & Tools:** Strong experience with **GitHub/Azure DevOps** and **Jenkins** (CI/CD). - **Modern Engineering:** Proficiency in **AI-assisted development tools** for coding and documentation. - **Architecture:** Mastery of Design Patterns, OOAD, and UML. - **Testing:** Familiarity with Cucumber, Selenium, or JUnit (highly desired). **What Were Looking For** - 12-15 years of solid software engineering experience. - A "startup mindset"thriving in fast-paced, iterative environments. - Strong interpersonal skills to interface with clinical specialists and product managers. - Experience in **Medical Devices** or regulated industries is a major plus.
