The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in search technologies, distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and large-scale digital commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities - Define and drive the architecture roadmap for ecommerce search platforms. - Design scalable, high-performance search solutions using **Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Solr, or Lucene**. - Lead architecture discussions and provide technical leadership across development teams. - Define search relevance strategies, ranking models, indexing frameworks, and query optimization techniques. - Architect microservices-based solutions and integrate search capabilities with ecommerce platforms. - Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions. - Ensure system scalability, security, performance, and availability. - Mentor developers and conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and code reviews. - Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to improve search and customer experience capabilities.
