Join Prodapt and lead enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives by architecting scalable IT Operations, Observability, and AIOps solutions. Key Responsibilities ✅ Design end-to-end ServiceNow TSOM architecture aligned with enterprise IT Operations strategy ✅ Architect and implement ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence, Cloud Observability, and AIOps solutions ✅ Lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow TSOM implementations across hybrid, cloud, and on-prem environments ✅ Integrate ServiceNow with Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, and other monitoring platforms ✅ Drive CMDB governance, Discovery, Service Mapping, and data quality initiatives ✅ Mentor technical teams and conduct architecture workshops ✅ Design AIOps-driven event correlation, automation, and proactive operations ✅ Support solution architecture, stakeholder engagement, and pre-sales initiatives Required Skills ✔ 15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in ServiceNow ITOM/TSOM ✔ Expertise in ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Operational Intelligence & CMDB ✔ Strong JavaScript and Glide API scripting skills ✔ Experience integrating enterprise monitoring and observability tools ✔ Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, Hybrid Cloud, Containers, Microservices & Enterprise Infrastructure ✔ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills Preferred Certifications 🏅 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM 🏅 ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) 🏅 ITIL v3 / ITIL 4 🏅 AWS / Azure / GCP Certifications Why Join Prodapt? 🌟 Lead enterprise-scale TSOM transformation programs 🌟 Work with cutting-edge Observability and AIOps technologies 🌟 Drive high-impact digital transformation initiatives 📩 **Share your updated resume:** **hrm@logfixscm.com** 📞 **Contact:** +91 8754190861
