Architect Area(s) of responsibility Technical Architect -- ServiceNow Role Summary: Defines enterprise architecture, solution design and governance across ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities: • Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture • Design integrations and data models • Ensure scalability, security and performance • Lead solution design across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM • Provide architectural governance and standards • Support complex solutioning and pre-sales Skills \& Experience: • Strong architecture experience in ServiceNow platform • Expertise in CMDB, Discovery, Integration architecture • Experience with enterprise integrations and custom apps • Knowledge of SecOps, ITAM and platform capabilities • Certifications: CTA, CAD, CIS (preferred) Experience Level Senior Level
