**Position Description** **Associate Consultant, Technical** Obtain and maintain certification in WFS Product Suite applications required to perform the role Learn WFS product configuration requirements (i.e., naming conventions, importing templates, database structure, customizations, proper sequencing) Responsible for configuring WFS Suite according to customer business requirements using JavaScript, HTML, SQL or other scripting tools. Handle complex issues including administrative and configuration challenges with assistance Communicate roadblocks and see out guidance in a timely manner Write complex formulas that leverage mathematical and/or programming skills Perform unit and system testing of configured application to ensure test cases pass as described by customer requirements Identify and escalate out of scope requirements to key stakeholders Support the confirmation and refinement of customer business requirements with key stakeholders Responsible for participating and eventually leading, in the gathering and identifying customer business requirements from users, customers, and other stakeholders. This includes creating, maintaining business requirement documents, noticeable use cases and process diagrams. Understand project scope and implementation approach for assigned projects Learn how to estimate work effort and communicate with key stakeholders on the project Participate in facilitation of client workshops either onsite or remotely demonstrating understanding in best practices during the implementation of Workforce Management Software Deliver projects and tasks on time and within budget by effectively managing workload Attend and participate in team meetings Follow established processes and best practices to continuously improve skills Provide project status updates to key stakeholders both internally and externally Partner with internal teams during project phases to ensure successful customer implementation Collaborate with the WFS team to ensure thorough testing of the customers requirements Assist with roll-out and go-live activities, including data migration and system setup Become familiar with aspects of labor laws as it pertains to time and attendance rules, scheduling and leaves of absences.
