**Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Employee Center (EC)** **Job Summary** We are looking for a skilled **ServiceNow Developer with expertise in the ServiceNow Service Portal Developer and Employee Center** to design, configure, maintain self-service portal and support digital workplace solutions. The ideal candidate will work on implementing and customizing the **Employee Center portal** , enabling employees to access services, knowledge, and workflows through a unified experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Configure and implement **Employee Center and Employee Center Pro** portals in ServiceNow. - Develop and customize **ServiceNow Service Portal** pages, widgets, and themes. - Design and customize **Service Catalog items, record producers, and workflows** . - Create and modify **custom widgets using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript** . - Build and configure **Employee Center widgets, components, and pages** using the **ServiceNow UI Builder** . - Integrate **Knowledge Management** , **Virtual Agent** , and **HR Service Delivery** with Employee Center. - Customize **themes, branding, and navigation** in Employee Center. - Develop **client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and script includes** to support portal functionality. - Work with **REST/SOAP APIs** to integrate ServiceNow with external systems. - Implement **search configurations, taxonomy, and knowledge sources** in Employee Center. - Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design employee self-service experiences. - Troubleshoot portal performance issues and resolve ServiceNow defects. **Required Skills** - Strong experience with **ServiceNow platform development** . - Strong experience with the **ServiceNow platform** . - Hands-on experience with **ServiceNow Employee Center / Employee Center Pro** . - Hands-on experience with **ServiceNow Service Portal development** - Experience with **UI Builder and Service Portal development** . - Knowledge of **JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS** (for portal customization). - Experience with **Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and Workflow/Flow Designer** . - Understanding of **ServiceNow data model and scripting** (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes). - Experience with **REST integrations and APIs** . **Preferred Skills** - Experience with **Employee Center migration from Service Portal** . - Experience with **HR Service Delivery (HRSD)** in ServiceNow. - Knowledge of **Virtual Agent integration with Employee Center** . - Familiarity with **Now Experience Framework** . - ServiceNow **CSA / CAD / HRSD certification** . **Experience** - **3-8 years** of experience with the ServiceNow platform. - At least **1 2 implementations of Employee Center** .
