To support our double-digit growth goals, BDO Digital seeks amanager whowill be part of anEnterprise Business Applications (EBA) team supporting projects in the areas of EBA strategy and implementation, in addition to Business Transformation and Operational Excellence efforts. This role will conduct discovery, requirements gathering, process documentation, configuration, and implementation management of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), and other related business applications functioning as a key resource for our clients spanning, finance, product distribution, manufacturing, job costing, field service, sales, marketing, service, and reporting. Job Duties The Manager will participate in and lead the following job duties as directed: - Strong experience of working in onshore/offshore project delivery model - Design and implement technical solutions for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Develop and maintain technical documentation. - worked on technical aspects esp. for bespoke solutions, ISV solutions, and customizations of warehousing (including advanced warehousing) and production control (manufacturing) modules. - Architected Integration of FO with other systems involving REST APIs, LogicApps/Power automate (any other middleware), Dual-write, and Dataverse. - Led technical teams in delivering high-quality solutions. - Ensure best practices in code management, unit testing, and build processes. - Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers. - Managed integration, performance tuning, and optimization. - Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. - Integrate Power Apps with Dynamics 365 FO to create custom applications and automate workflows. - Built solutions based on Microsoft copilot for dynamics 365 FO. - Stay updated with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 FO. - Fosters a positive demeanor, learning attitude and client service mentality with the team - **Working Environment:** Hybrid - **Office Timing:** 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST - Other duties as required **Supervisory Responsibilities:** - Owns and drives completion of key workstreams as directed by project leaders - Manages project workstreams as directed - Mentors and develops entry level consultants and senior consultants Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities **Education:** - Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. **Experience:** - Minimum of 10 years of experience in full-cycle ERP implementations, with at least 5 years in a technical architect role. - Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and AX 2012. - Proficiency in X++ development - Proficiency in MS Azure and .NET technologies. - Experience in project technical planning, estimation, and architecture/design. - Knowledge of enterprise-scale architecture and design principles. - Experience with performance tuning tools (e.g., LCS, Trace Parser, PERF SDK). - Familiarity with regression testing tools (e.g., RSAT) - Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation. - Experience with Power Apps integration and development. **License/Certifications:** - Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 FO, including: - MB-700: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert - MB-500: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate - Preferred certifications - **PL-600** (Power Platform Solution Architect), - **PL-400** (Power Platform Developer), - **AZ-305** (Azure Solutions Architect), - **DP-203** (Data Engineering on Azure), - **MB-310/MB-330/MB-335** (Finance/SCM functional). - Evidence of Copilot/Copilot Studio enablement **Software:** - Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint, required - Smartsheet, preferred - MS Dynamics 365 FSCM, AX 2012, AX2009 - Enterprise software strategy, selection, and implementation experience, preferred **Language:** - N/A **Other Knowledge, Skills Abilities:** - Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills, required - Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, preferred - Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills, preferred - Business process analysis, design, and process flow skills, preferred - Excels at operating in a fast-paced technical environment, preferred **Keywords:** Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, FO, FSCM, X++, LCS, One Version, RSAT, Business Events, Dataverse, Dual-write, Virtual Tables, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, Synapse Link, Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Power BI, Inventory Visibility, Warehouse Management App v4, ER (Elect
