Technical Content Specialist Omni channel (Immediate Joiners)

Job description

Qualification:- **Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3) is mandatory.** Shift**- Night shift** **Job Summary:** - Publish and maintain content across The Company's website and app, including banners, promotions, taxonomy, and product data. - Support delivery of the online trading plan by scheduling and executing content updates. - Partner with Trade and Marketing to ensure campaign content is accurate and timely. - Manage day-to-day content workflow, including QA and validation of new pages and updates. - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and optimise content performance. - Responsible for the timely and accurate publication of content across digital channels. - Load, test, and validate campaign and category assets including banners, copy, and imagery. - Ensure content aligns with The Company's brand guidelines and accessibility standards. - Conduct checks to ensure live content displays correctly across devices and platforms. - Identify and resolve content errors, gaps, or inconsistencies promptly
