Technical Facility Manager - Facilities Lead Position Overview Experience Level: 10-15 years Position Summary JLL is seeking a Technical Facility Manager to lead operations for Oracle's Hyderabad Campus Phase 1, a large-scale facility spanning 10 acres with 3 towers. This role demands an experienced facilities professional with comprehensive technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities to manage daily property operations and drive operational excellence across all critical building systems. Core Responsibilities Operations Management: Direct daily client activities, implement building procedures and performance measures, and ensure compliance with established standards. Promote best practices while developing improved operational processes to enhance site performance. Technical Oversight: Lead end-to-end technical operations including comprehensive management of all critical infrastructure systems. Maintain operational efficiency and reliability across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and automation systems. Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities-related matters, building strong client relationships and proactively ensuring expectations are consistently met through exceptional service delivery. Financial Stewardship: Manage the site's budget, accounting, and financial operations. Coordinate vendor and supplier relationships to ensure procurement compliance, quality work practices, and adherence to contractual obligations. Team Leadership: Support team development through coaching and training, fostering a collaborative culture focused on performance excellence. Maintain high team motivation while upholding professional work ethics. Required Qualifications Education: B.E./B.Tech degree, preferably in Electrical/Mechanical EngineeringCertification: Valid 33kV A license (mandatory)Experience: 10-15 years in facilities management with core technical expertise in end-to-end operations Technical Systems Expertise Required Electrical Systems: • 33kV high tension (HT) systems operations and maintenance • Low tension (LT) panels management and distribution • Diesel Generator (DG) sets operation, maintenance, and load management • Power distribution and backup systems • Electrical safety compliance and emergency protocols HVAC & Mechanical Systems: • Chiller plants operation and maintenance (water-cooled/air-cooled systems) • Central HVAC systems management • Cooling tower operations • Air Handling Units (AHU) and associated equipment • Temperature and humidity control systems Building Automation & Controls: • Building Management System (BMS) operations and monitoring • Energy Management System (EMS) integration • HVAC automation and controls • Real-time monitoring and alarm management • System optimization for energy efficiency Fire & Life Safety Systems: • Fire alarm and suppression systems • Emergency response and evacuation systems (RETS) • Life safety compliance and regular testing protocols • Emergency preparedness planning and execution Additional Technical Areas: • Large-scale campus management experience (10-acre scale) • Multi-tower building operations coordination • Preventive and predictive maintenance programs • Vendor technical management and SLA compliance • Energy optimization and sustainability initiatives Preferred Qualifications: • SCEM certification • Life sciences environment exposure • Strong background in stakeholder engagement and customer service • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) • Knowledge of green building operations and certifications Key Competencies Analytical Skills: Resolve complex operational and technical issues through quantitative analysis and comprehensive problem-solving approaches.
