**Role Overview** The US HR Technical Implementation Analyst is a subject matter expert responsible for the successful implementation, stabilization, support, and optimization of Lyric HCM HR solutions. The role combines US HR domain expertise, technical problem-solving & client delivery, to ensure accurate HR setup, payroll processing, compliance, and client success. **Qualifications** - 5+ years in implementation, consulting, or HCM/payroll technology. - 5+ years of hands-on US HR setup and troubleshooting experience. - Experience with payroll systems and calculation engines (Autopay/PI preferred). - Strong compliance knowledge. - Education in technical stream: BE / B.Tech / M. Tech / BCS / MCS / etc. **Key Accountabilities** - Deliver accurate and timely resolution of complex HR and HCM technology issues. - Lead HR implementation activities including configuration, validation, testing, and go-live readiness. - Ensure HR data integrity across Lyric HCM and downstream systems. - Mentor consultants and improve team capabilities through coaching and knowledge sharing. - Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency. - Build and maintain client confidence during critical payroll cycles. **Key Responsibilities** **HR Support & Issue Resolution** - Troubleshoot and resolve complex HR setup and integration issues. - Manage escalations and provide support during payroll processing cycles, including critical periods. - Prioritize and resolve Jira-based HR incidents and defects. **Data Integration & System Expertise** - Analyze payroll data flow between HCM and payroll engines (Autopay, PI). - Resolve mapping, interface, and calculation logic issues. - Ensure accurate integration with GL, banking, reporting, and downstream systems. **Continuous Improvement** - Serve as a HR SME for clients and internal teams. - Provide training and knowledge-sharing. - Analyze trends and recommend process and product improvements. - Support leadership with escalations, workflow management, and strategic initiatives. **Skills & Competencies** - Deep expertise in US HR setup, payroll processing, tax regulations, and compliance. - Advanced analytical, troubleshooting, and reconciliation skills. - Ability to translate business requirements into HR solutions and configurations. - Strong communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and collaboration skills. - Proficiency in AI-enabled productivity tools and emerging technologies. **Shift** : US Shift (East/West Coast)
