**Technical Architect DataHub** **Location:** Bangalore **Experience:** 8 - 13 Years **Education:** BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in CS, IT, or equivalent **Job Description** We are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead/ Architect to lead our DataHub initiatives. In this role, you will act as a technical coach and domain expert, driving excellence in software development, high-throughput messaging, and cloud-native architecture. You will be responsible for setting quality goals, mentoring engineering teams, and ensuring the seamless integration of complex data systems with a quality-first mindset. **Key Responsibilities** **Leadership & Coaching:** Act as the technical authority for the DataHub domain; mentor engineers and ensure the application of best practices and high coding standards in Golang. **Architecture & Design:** Design and extend distributed architectures using NATS for real-time messaging and Kubernetes for orchestration. **Performance & Reliability:** Analyze and optimize application performance; leverage strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system bottlenecks. **Operational Excellence:** Implement automated testing, data validation, and CI/CD pipelines using Git/GitHub. Ensure high reliability in a containerized environment. **Business Alignment:** Combine technical expertise with business acumen to work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders, shipping features that align with strategic user needs. **Required Technical Skills** Core Engineering: Expert proficiency in **Golang**, high-performance concurrent programming, and **RESTful API design.** Orchestration & Cloud: Deep hands-on experience with **Kubernetes** (K8s), including deployment patterns, scaling, and container security. Messaging & Streaming: Proficiency in **NATS or similar high-performance messaging systems** for distributed architectures. DevOps & Versioning: Advanced expertise in **Git/GitHub workflows,** branching strategies, and automated **CI/CD integration**. Architecture: Expert in microservices patterns, distributed systems design, and scalable **cloud-native infrastructure.** Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business leadership **Desired Profile** 8 - 13 years of experience in full-lifecycle software engineering and system architecture. Proven track record of building and maintaining production-grade Kubernetes environments. Quality-first mindset with a focus on test-driven development and robust system monitoring. Ability to identify technical risks early and develop strategic mitigation plans. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
