**Role Title** - Technical Lead IBM Sterling Getaway **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **File Transfer Specialist** to join our integration team. This role involves onboarding and managing trading partners in **IBM Sterling Gateway**, maintaining and modifying existing file transfer configurations, and supporting cloud-based transfer solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of file transfer protocols, change management processes, and tools like **ServiceNow**, **JIRA**, and **AzCopy**. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Partner Onboarding & Configuration:** - Set up and configure new trading partners in **IBM Sterling Gateway**. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather onboarding requirements. - Ensure secure and compliant data exchange configurations. - **File Transfer Management:** - Analyze and understand existing file transfer configurations. - Modify configurations with minimal risk and no disruption to ongoing operations. - Troubleshoot and resolve file transfer issues promptly. - **Protocol & Tool Expertise:** - Work with various file transfer protocols such as **SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, and Connect:Direct**. - Use **AzCopy** and other tools for cloud-based file transfers (e.g., Azure Blob Storage). - **Change & Release Management:** - Follow established **change management** and **release management** processes. - Raise and track change requests using **ServiceNow** or similar ITSM tools. - Coordinate deployments and ensure proper documentation and approvals. - **Project & Ticketing Tools:** - Use **JIRA** for tracking tasks, bugs, and enhancements. - Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of configurations and changes. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 35 years of experience in file transfer operations or integration roles. - Hands-on experience with **IBM Sterling File Gateway** or **Sterling B2B Integrator**. - Strong understanding of **file transfer protocols** and **data security**. - Working knowledge of **AzCopy** and cloud storage solutions (preferably Azure). - Familiarity with **ServiceNow**, **JIRA**, and ITIL-based processes. - Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Knowledge in US Healthcare domain and X12 EDI format ( nice to have ) - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
