**Job Title: Technical Lead Node.js** **Role Summary** We are looking for a **Technical Lead Node.js** with strong expertise in backend and full-stack development, cloud platforms, and modern architecture practices. The candidate will drive end-to-end application development, lead technical decisions, and work closely with stakeholders. **Mandatory Skills** **Backend Development** - Strong experience in **Node.js (Express/NestJS)** - Hands-on with **REST APIs & event-driven architecture** **Full-Stack Development** - Frontend: **React / Angular / Vue.js with TypeScript** - Strong **API design, integration, and consumption skills** - Ability to **own end-to-end development independently** **Cloud (Any One)** - **AWS:** EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, IAM - **Azure:** App Services, Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure AI **Architecture & Design** - Knowledge of **design patterns (SOLID, MVC, DI)** - Experience in **microservices & distributed systems** - Ability to **drive architecture decisions** **DevOps & CI/CD** - Experience with **Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps** - Strong understanding of **CI/CD pipelines & Git workflows** **Data** - Experience with **SQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB** **AI / GenAI (Basic Exposure)** - Understanding of **LLMs, prompt engineering** - Familiarity with tools like **Copilot / ChatGPT** **Tools** - Experience with **Jira, Confluence, VS Code / IntelliJ** **Communication Skills** - Strong **verbal & written communication** - Experience in **client interaction & stakeholder management** **Preferred** - AWS/Azure certifications - Serverless (Lambda / Azure Functions) - IaC (Terraform / Bicep) - Security basics (OAuth2, JWT, OWASP) **Ideal Candidate** - 812+ years experience - Strong **Node.js + Cloud + Microservices** background - Experience in **leading teams / modules**
