Technical Lead - Oracle

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Lead and review technical solutions for Oracle-based applications, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and best practices. - Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on Oracle technologies, including Forms, Reports, SQL/PLSQL, and Database. - Review technical specifications, design documents, code quality, and project deliverables. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis where required. - Drive continuous improvement of Oracle frameworks, standards, tools, and development practices. - Collaborate with internal teams and IT partners to ensure successful delivery and maintenance of business-critical applications. **Preferred candidate profile** - 10+ years of experience in Oracle application development and support. - Strong expertise in Oracle Forms 12c, Reports, SQL/PLSQL, BI Publisher, and Oracle Database 19c. - Experience leading technical reviews, solution design, and code quality initiatives. - Good understanding of Java, JavaScript, XML, and database modelling. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in the shipping, logistics, or supply chain domain is an added advantage.
