**Job Title:** Pega Tech Lead **Skills:** Pega CSSA, Smart Investigate **Experience:** 6-9 years **Location: Bangalore** Notice Period: 0- Immediate We at Coforge Hiring for Pega Tech Leads with the following skillset Mandatory Skills: **Pega Smart Investigate** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Pega Developer with a strong background in Pega UI Development and expertise in the Smart Investigate Model. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega applications that enhance business processes and improve operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of Pega technologies and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions **Responsibilities:** - Design and develop Pega applications using Pega UI Development best practices. - Implement the Smart Investigate Model to streamline investigation processes. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Perform unit testing and support system integration testing. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Pega applications. - Participate in project planning and status meetings, providing updates on progress and challenges. **Mandatory Skills:** - Proven experience in Pega UI Development. - Strong expertise in the Smart Investigate Model. - Solid understanding of Pega PRPC (Pega Rules Process Commander). - Experience with Pega integration capabilities and APIs. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. **Preferred Skills:** - Knowledge of Agile methodologies. - Experience with Pega Cloud and deployment processes. - Familiarity with Java and SQL. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 6-9 years of experience in Pega development, with a focus on UI Development and Smart Investigate Model. - Relevant Pega certifications are a plus.
