**Core Technical Implementation** - **Security:** Deploy and configure **Palo Alto** and **Juniper** Firewalls (Security policies, NAT, IPsec VPNs, Threat Prevention). - **Routing & Switching:** Provision **Cisco** and **Juniper** network devices (VLANs, BGP/OSPF routing, STP, High Availability). - **Load Balancing:** Implement **F5 Big-IP** or **Citrix NetScaler** (LTM/GTM, VIPs, Pools, SSL Offloading). **Change & Documentation Engineering** - **Change Management:** Author technical **Change Request (CR)** documents, impact assessments, and validated **Rollback/Back-out plans** . - **Technical Writing:** Produce **Deployment Runbooks** , "As-Built" documentation, and updated network diagrams (Visio). - **Execution:** Lead technical implementation during scheduled maintenance windows, ensuring minimal service disruption. **Operational Handover (Build-to-Run)** - **Knowledge Transfer:** Conduct formal training sessions for the operations team to ensure they can manage the new environment. - **Onboarding:** Integrate new deployments into monitoring (SNMP/Syslog) and backup platforms. **Hypercare:** Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting before final sign-off to the Run team.
