Roles and Responsibilities:- • 10+ Years of Automotive Software Development experience • Experience in leading and mentoring team members. • Experience in handling customer interactions • Sound understanding of SDLC and feature to tasks break down. • Experience in Model based Application development and C coding • Experience in designing safety compliant architecture • Strong Exposure to different Testing stages UT, IT and Software qualification test. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Solution provider to the Team • Experience in Agile mode of project execution with story point-based tasks • Experience in Body features or Thermal Management SystemRole & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile:- • In-depth knowledge of body systems including central locking, anti-theft systems, power windows, lighting, and comfort/convenience features or Thermal Management System like Cabin Temperature and Battery temperature management, Electro-Machine cooling. • Expertise in the architecture and integration of Body Control Modules (BCMs). • Experience in modeling, simulation, and validation of body systems using tools like MATLAB/Simulink. • Strong Exposure to different Testing stages UT, IT and Software qualification test. • Familiarity with system-level testing including HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop), SIL (Software-in-the-Loop), and vehicle-level validation. • Knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety and cybersecurity standards applicable to chassis/body systems. • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration with hardware, software, and testing teams across global locations. • Strong communication and documentation skills, especially in requirement management and technical reporting. profile
