**Roles and Responsibilities:-** - **10+ Years of Automotive Software Development experience** - **Experience in leading and mentoring team members.** - **Experience in handling customer interactions** - **Sound understanding of SDLC and feature to tasks break down.** - **Experience in Model based Application development and C coding** - **Experience in designing safety compliant architecture** - **Strong Exposure to different Testing stages UT, IT and Software qualification test.** - **Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills** - **Solution provider to the Team** - **Experience in Agile mode of project execution with story point-based tasks** - **Experience in Body features or Thermal Management SystemRole & responsibilities** **Preferred candidate profile:-** - **In-depth knowledge of body systems including central locking, anti-theft systems, power windows, lighting, and comfort/convenience features or Thermal Management System like Cabin Temperature and Battery temperature management, Electro-Machine cooling.** - **Expertise in the architecture and integration of Body Control Modules (BCMs).** - **Experience in modeling, simulation, and validation of body systems using tools like MATLAB/Simulink.** - **Strong Exposure to different Testing stages UT, IT and Software qualification test.** - **Familiarity with system-level testing including HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop), SIL (Software-in-the-Loop), and vehicle-level validation.** - **Knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety and cybersecurity standards applicable to chassis/body systems.** - **Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration with hardware, software, and testing teams across global locations.** - **Strong communication and documentation skills, especially in requirement management and technical reporting. profile**
