Quest Global follows a formal recruitment process and never requests payment at any stage from job applicants. **Job Requirements** - Develop and execute Quality Surveillance plans, programs, procedures and tools to manage Procurement Quality across multiple project(s) - Provide Quality discipline input to the Project Organization Plan and manage staffing of Quality Source Inspection personnel - Has very good knowledge of both rotary and static equipment inspection - Prepare and maintain Project Quality Plan and tools and ensure their successful implementation across the project - Interface and coordinate work activities between Quality and other Project disciplines - Conduct Project-specific Quality training and facilitate project Quality workshops - Support functional and project related quality efforts, as directed - Conduct oversight of Contractors’ implementation of their Quality program and compliance with project requirements - Maintain ongoing communication with assigned Quality Coordinators (i.e., Procurement, Quality Coordinator, Site Quality Coordinator) - Perform Procurement Quality Surveillance and source inspection oversight - Perform Construction Quality Surveillance of EPC construction activities - Manage resolution of quality issues utilizing approved deficiency reporting and tracking procedures - Monitor and report quality performance of the contractor and Project Team - Coordinate and report Project quality metrics - Participate in project audit program as directed - Participate in Supplier Evaluations (Technical) and Cold Eyes Reviews - Assist with surveillance activities as directed: - Participate in assessments and verifications - Coordinate review and approval of Contractor Quality deliverables - Provide general oversight of engineering, procurement and construction activities **Work Experience** - Familiar with Source Inspection Process: - Handling technical queries from TPI/Agencies, - Review of inspection report/release and provide inputs to customer as required , - Review Of NC, align on Root Cause, Correction and Corrective Action with all parties, - Familiar with inspector assessment/selection process - Use technical expertise and experience in areas such as certification, construction, engineering, inspection, and materials to assist project quality efforts as directed
