**Dear Candidate,** **We have an urgent opening for the role of Technical Officer - Admixture with our Construction Chemical Division of JSW Green Cement.** **You are requested to go through the JD and if Interested you are requested to share your profile at shraddha.bhosle@jsw.in.** **Job Description:** **Role: Technical Officer** **Company: JSW Green Cement Limited** **Role & responsibilities** **Job Profile** The Technical Officer Admixtures will provide technical support to customers and the sales team by conducting product trials, site evaluations, concrete mix optimization, troubleshooting, and application guidance. The role is critical in ensuring successful product implementation, customer satisfaction, and business conversion through effective technical services. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct site visits and product demonstrations. - Perform concrete admixture trials at RMC plants and project sites. - Optimize concrete mix designs to achieve desired performance. - Provide technical guidance on product selection and application. - Troubleshoot concrete-related issues and recommend corrective actions. - Support the Sales team during customer presentations and business development activities. - Conduct technical training programs for customers, applicators, and channel partners. - Prepare technical reports and trial documentation. - Coordinate with the Quality, R&D, and Manufacturing teams for product improvements. **Educational Qualification** - Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent. **Experience** - 2–6 years of experience in Construction Chemicals, Concrete Technology, RMC, Cement, or Quality Control **Construction Chemicals Business:** Our range of Construction Chemicals is a comprehensive solution to elevate construction projects.
