This team works at the intersection of AI research, engineering, and product, driving rapid MVP development cycles to convert cutting-edge innovationsespecially in AI, Data, and Securityinto high-quality, customer-ready beta solutions. The charter is to bridge research and real-world application, enabling faster validation, adoption, and commercialization of innovations. **The Mission:** We dont just maintain; we build. As a Technical Product Manager in ourMVPEgroup, you will sit at the bleeding edge of AI. Your mission is to scout high-potentialresearch prototypes, architect them intoviableMVPs, and lead the charge incommercializingthese solutions for global enterprise clients. You are the "Translator" who turns stochastic research outputs into deterministic business value. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Prototype to MVP:**Evaluate raw research outputs from our AI Research teams and define the roadmap to transform them into scalable, demo-ready MVPs. - **Execute and track:**Help team execute these roadmaps for building MVPs inshort time, check and tune their focus to bring real product shaping up. Conduct surveysandhelp testbetaapplications to make it close to customer expectations. - **Customer Evangelism Demos:**Act as the primary technical face for clients. Conduct deep-dive demos of Gen-AI capabilities, manage technical objections, and lead high-stakes pilot programs. - **Closed-Loop Feedback:**Synthesize field feedback from pilots to provide "Research Requirements" back to the labs and "Engineering Requirements" to the dev teams. - **End-to-End Engineering Ownership:**Oversee the transition from a "working notebook" to a production-grade systemincluding scaling, deployment architecture, and long-term maintenance. - **Stakeholder Management:**Balance the exploratory nature of Research teams with the aggressive commercial timelines of Marketing and Sales. - **Team Leadership:**Lead a high-outputfull-stackteam of PMs/Engineers, setting OKRs that reward both technical breakthrough and successful market adoption. **What Were Looking For:** - **Gen-AI Mastery:**Deep, hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, fine-tuning workflows, and the deployment of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems. - **1215 Years Journey:**A career path that shows a move from core engineering/research into high-impact product leadership. - **Commercial Instinct:**Proven experience in "zero-to-one" product journeystaking a concept from a pilot to a revenue-generating commercial product. - **Operational Rigor:**Knowledge of CI/CD for ML (ML Ops), containerization (Docker/K8s), and cloud-scale deployment strategies. - **Academic Background:** Bachelors / masters in computer science, AI/ML, or a related field (Ph.D. is good to have).
