**About Position:** We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Product Owner with a strong development background and deep expertise in the observability domain to drive product strategy, execution, and customer-centric solutions. - **Role: Technical Product Owner** - **Location: All Persistent Locations** - **Experience: 10 to 15 Years** - **Job Type: Full-Time Employment** **What You'll Do:** - Lead the development and evolution of technical/platform products with a strong focus on observability solutions - Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable user stories - Drive product roadmap, prioritization, and execution with a deep understanding of customer needs - Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business goals - Leverage observability tools and insights to drive product improvements and enhance customer experience - Define API design, documentation, and governance standards for platform scalability - Manage product lifecycle including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release execution - Ensure product strategy aligns with modern engineering practices including DevOps and platform engineering **Expertise You'll Bring:** - 13+ years of overall experience with at least 7 years as a Product Owner and prior software development background - Strong product engineering background with hands-on experience managing technical/platform products - Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner with strong software engineering understanding - Deep expertise in observability including monitoring, logging, APM, telemetry, and distributed system monitoring - Hands-on experience with Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar observability platforms - Experience working with platforms such as Sentry, Datadog, Rollbar, Honeybadger, or equivalent solutions - Strong understanding of metrics, logs, traces, and distributed systems - Ability to translate observability insights into actionable product enhancements - Expertise in APIs, connectors, IDEs, and low-code/no-code platforms - Good understanding of API design, DevOps practices, and platform engineering - Strong stakeholder management, communication, and customer engagement skills - Experience working with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and engineering organizations - Proven experience managing end-to-end technical product ownership and delivery - Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP - Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar product delivery frameworks - Experience with platform modernization and enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and modern software engineering practices - Experience with low-code/no-code ecosystems and integration platforms - Certifications in Product Management, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Cloud technologies - Background in platform engineering, developer experience, or observability product development - Experience in enterprise product strategy and customer-facing product ownership roles - Exposure to large-scale distributed systems and platform services **Benefits:** - Competitive salary and benefits package - Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies - Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards - Annual health check-ups - Insurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents **Values-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment:** Persistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
