We bring together technologies and industries, alongside the contributions of diverse individuals who are empowered by an intentional workplace culture, to solve problems better and faster. **Key Responsibilities:** **Job Description** - Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Design, develop, and support **full-stack web applications** using Python, ReactJS/Next.js, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL. - Develop responsive frontend applications, backend services, REST APIs, database integrations, and enterprise application interfaces. - Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning as a **Scrum Master**. - Translate business requirements into technical solutions, user stories, and development plans in collaboration with stakeholders and Product Owners. - Provide technical leadership, conduct design/code reviews, and guide teams on architecture, coding standards, testing, and deployment. - Develop and integrate data visualization and reporting solutions using Tableau. - Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, impediments, UAT, releases, and stakeholder communication. **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field with **7–9 years of relevant experience**. - Strong hands-on experience in **full-stack application development** and leading software/digital projects. - Experience with **Agile/Scrum methodologies** and performing Scrum Master responsibilities. - Good understanding of software architecture, API integration, relational databases, SDLC, and enterprise application development. - Experience leading cross-functional technical teams while contributing to technical solution development. - Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and project delivery skills. **Tech Stack** - **Programming:** Python, JavaScript / TypeScript - **Frontend:** ReactJS, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3 - **Backend & APIs:** FastAPI, REST APIs - **Database:** PostgreSQL, SQL - **Data & Visualization:** Tableau, Pandas - **Version Control:** Git - **Agile / Project Tools:** Jira, Confluence / Azure DevOps **Added Advantage** - **Backend Development:** Django, Django REST Framework - **DevOps & Containerization:** Docker, CI/CD pipelines - **Cloud:** AWS / Azure - **AI/ML & MLOps:** scikit-learn, MLflow, model deployment and monitoring - **UI/UX:** UI/UX principles, wireframing, responsive design, and usability - **Testing:** PyTest, API testing tools such as Postman, automated testing - **Certifications:** CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMP, or other relevant Agile/Project Management certifications We are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day.
