**Position Summary** Seeking a Technical PM/Scrum Master to provide oversight, prioritization management, sprint execution, and coordination across a geographically distributed Workday integration team. This individual will act as the primary delivery lead between RSM leadership and offshore development resources. **Required Skills (Must Have)** - 8+ years of Project Management or Scrum Master experience - Workday implementation or Workday integration program experience - Experience leading offshore development teams - Agile/Scrum certification preferred - Strong stakeholder management - Experience managing Workday integration backlogs - Risk, dependency, and issue management **Preferred Skills** - Workday Studio knowledge - Workday HCM or Financials experience - Azure DevOps - Jira - SAFe Agile experience - Experience leading teams in India **Responsibilities** - Manage sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and delivery cadence - Coordinate priorities with RSM leadership - Manage offshore development and QA teams - Track project status, risks, dependencies, and milestones - Ensure delivery quality and adherence to timelines - Facilitate communication between business and technical teams **Top 5 Skills Recruiters Should Screen For** 1.
