Job Title :: Technical Delivery Manager Location :: Gurugram, India (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days onsite in a week) Years of Experience :: Relevant 8-10+ Years Job Description: • We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager who can lead high-performing engineering teams while actively engaging in technical discussions. This role sits at the intersection of technology, delivery, and people leadership—not pure project management and not pure architecture. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end technical delivery for application teams (primarily Salesforce ecosystem) • Lead and manage technical architects, engineers, and delivery teams • Drive delivery excellence, timelines, and quality outcomes • Act as a bridge between business, architecture, and engineering teams • Participate in technical discussions, validate solutions, and challenge design decisions • Guide teams on best practices and standards (Coding, DevOps, release management, security, scalability) • Ensure team productivity, engagement, and performance management Must-Have Skills • Strong technical foundation (preferably from development or engineering background) • Must demonstrate a commitment to staying technically relevant • Proven experience in managing technical teams and delivery • Ability to understand architecture discussions and validate technical solutions • Experience in application delivery within complex ecosystems (Salesforce preferred) • Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills Must have • Exposure to Salesforce ecosystem • Understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and system design basics • Experience in Agile delivery environments Ideal Candidate Profile • Tech professional who grew into leadership but stayed technically relevant • Can hold conversations with architects and engineers confidently • Known for driving delivery + leading teams (not just managing tasks)
