The function is that of a Technical Manager, responsible for overseeing the build and release of solutions, working closely with on-shore Product Owners, Project Managers, and various technical teams including development, TCOE, IT security, architecture, and other transversal teams to ensure effective delivery of high-quality solutions. - Resource should be able to deploy applications, build and package releases, maintain servers, write shell scripts, and troubleshoot issues, with strong knowledge of containerization, logging, and monitoring tools. **Responsibilities** Direct Responsibilities - Provide technical leadership and oversight in the design and development of releases, ensuring alignment with CIB standards and guidelines, and adherence to industry best practices. - Develop and implement IT risk management strategies, including technology and infrastructure obsolescence, vulnerability management, and compliance, to minimize risk and ensure regulatory adherence. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including BA, QA, and RM, to define technical vision and direction, and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality releases, meeting timelines and standards. - Conduct technical and design reviews, providing expert guidance and oversight to ensure effective collaboration and smooth delivery of releases. - Provide strategic technical guidance and recommendations to management, participating in technical discussions, and making informed technical decisions that drive business outcomes. - Develop and implement technical roadmaps, contingency plans, and mitigation strategies, ensuring the implementation and maintenance of DevSecOps practices and application version control. - Take ownership of technical delivery, including planning, coordination, and execution of releases, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery, and meeting business requirements. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards, and adherence to industry best practices and regulatory require
