Job description

We are looking for an experienced **Technical Project Manager** with strong exposure to **Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain** to lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely delivery, and drive digital transformation initiatives within the insurance landscape. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and manage **end-to-end project delivery** for P&C insurance systems - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams - Drive execution across **policy administration, claims, underwriting, and billing systems** - Manage project scope, timelines, cost, risk, and quality - Ensure adherence to **Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies** - Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams and third-party vendors - Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders - Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies - Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company standards **Required Skills & Experience** - Strong experience in **P&C Insurance domain** (Policy, Claims, Billing) - Proven track record in managing **technical/software projects** - Exposure to platforms like **Guidewire / Duck Creek / Insurity / Majesco** (preferred) - Hands-on experience with **Agile/Scrum methodologies** - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Experience in managing **distributed teams**
