The ideal candidate will guide development teams and ensure successful project execution. **Responsibilities:** - 11-18 Years of Overall IT Experience. - Minimum 3 Years of proven Experience in managing and delivering IT Projects. - Must come from Solution design / development background with any technology stack (E.g. Java background, .Net background). - Ability to Play a “Technical Manager” Role and Guide Development Teams on technical aspects. - Proficient in Collaborating with Technical Teams, including Architects and Leads. - Effective Management of Project Teams, Resources, Budgets, and Timelines to Achieve Project Objectives. - Expertise in Project Planning, Tracking, and Reporting. - Establishing Success Criteria for Projects, including Time, Cost, Technical, and Performance Parameters. - Developing and Controlling Deadlines, Budgets, and Activities. - Identifying and Resolving Team Impediments and Dependencies. - Risk and Issue Management with Corrective Measures. - Stakeholder Communication and Project Governance. - Excellent Client Facing and Internal Communication Skills. - Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills. - Solid Organizational Skills with Attention to Detail. - Proficiency in JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Office, and Other Project Management Tools - *These are more of Project Management tools, don't consider this as tech skills.* - PMP or Scrum Certification is a Plus. - Experience in Delivering AI or GenAI Projects is a Plus. - Experience in Proposals and Pre-sales Activities. **Required Skills** Proficient in JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Office, and Other Project Management Tools.
