Technical Services Engineer (Chemical Engineering)

We are looking for a **Technical Services / Support Engineer** with a solid **Chemical Engineering** background to join our downstream oil & gas operations.If you have experience troubleshooting and optimizing processes in major refining or integrated petrochemical complexes, we want to hear from you!**What You Will Do:** - **Technical Support:** Troubleshoot complex process chemistry and engineering issues. - **Asset Optimization:** Monitor unit performance, mass balances, and heat integration to maximize yield. - **Project Support:** Drive commissioning, de-bottlenecking, and brownfield expansion projects. - **Turnaround Management:** Provide process support during shutdowns and catalyst changes. **Core Domain Expertise Needed:** - **Conversion Technologies:** FCCU, Hydrocrackers, Cokers, Reforming units. - **Separation & Utilities:** Distillation columns, gas fractionation, critical utility systems. - **Chemical Polymers:** Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP) units. - **OAIS Operations:** Olefins, Aromatics, Intermediates, and Synthetics value chains. **What We Look For:** - **Education:** Bachelors or Master’s degree in **Chemical Engineering** (Mandatory). - **Experience:** 5–20 years in technical services or process support within major oil refineries/petrochemical plants. - **Skills:** Hands-on knowledge of conversion chemistry, polymer loops, and tools like Aspen HYSYS or Petro-SIM.
