Job Description - **Required Qualifications & Experience** - Any Graduate (Japanese language qualification preferred) - 6 to 9 years of relevant IT Operations / Service Delivery experience - Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N2 or above) - ITIL certified with a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT operations - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications - Excellent communication, coordination, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Experience in vendor management, reporting, and operational metrics/KPI management - Experience in people management, team leadership, and workforce planning - Ability to prepare and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), resource schedules, and project plans - PMP certification will be an added advantage - Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment from the Chennai office - Extensive experience working with Japanese clients and stakeholders - Experience in project transition, service transition, and knowledge transfer activities Strong understanding of end-to-end project delivery and operational governance **Key Responsibilities** - Lead BAU (Business As Usual) and operational delivery activities - Manage customer communications, negotiations, and stakeholder expectations - Drive vendor governance and service performance management - Perform resource planning, allocation, and scheduling to ensure optimal service delivery - Ensure efficient execution and stabilization of transitioned services - Track, analyse, and present operational metrics, KPIs, and management reports - Mentor, groom, and develop team members to enhance operational capabilities Identify operational improvements and drive service excellence initiatives **Technical Skills** - Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and support operations - Experience in service delivery, incident management, problem management, and change management processes - Good to have hands-on experience or knowledge of: - Windows Administration Linux Administration **Preferred Attributes** - Strong leadership and people management capabilities - Excellent customer negotiation and stakeholder management skills - Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and cross-functional teams - Strong analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities - Experience working in multicultural and Japanese client-facing environments - Proven ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement Relocation Supported: Yes Visa Sponsorship Approved: No At Fujitsu, we are committed to an inclusive recruitment process that values the diverse backgrounds and experiences of all applicants.
