Job description

Area(s) of responsibility The JD for ThingWorx support role - Must have atleast 6+ years’ experience on ThingWorx platform. - Must have experience in atleast 1-2 medium/large implementations on ThingWorx - Have in-depth understanding and hands-on experience for Windchill/Thingworx platform - Experience in providing support to solution in Thingworx by replicating reported issues and providing solution - Root Cause Analysis of key issues caused by custom applications deployed to Thingworx, mashups etc. - Apply Major/Minor Release for Thingworx - Troubleshoot errors – Support baseline configuration and understand the core issues. - Apply point releases or Build deployments as needed - Checking Logs, If issues are reported on any ThingWorx environments - Support Infrastructure related issues for all Thingworx environments.
