**Hiring for BIG 4 - Technical Support Analyst** **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Provide L2/L3 application support and troubleshoot platform-related issues. - Manage system configuration, workflows, and change requests on the AssignmentPro platform. - Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and create user stories. - Support incident, problem, and change management processes following ITIL practices. - Perform functional, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Coordinate with technology teams and vendors for issue resolution and platform enhancements. - Ensure data integrity, platform governance, compliance, and access management. - Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and support process improvements.
