Designation: Senior Executive & Executive Role: Technical Support-Telecom Semi Voice Languages: Hindi & English Qualification: Any Graduate Notice Period: Immediate joiners Desired Candidate Profile: • Experience in Technical Support (Voice and Semi Voice Process) •Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecom Domain with proper documents. • Excellent communication in English is required. • Immediate joiners are more preferable. •Should be comfortable for 5 days of rotational working shift, and 2 days of rotational week off. - Key skills: Troubleshooting, Router Configuration, Fiber Optics, should be able to solve queries related to broadband connection and telecom domain.
