**Job Title: Academic Trainer- English** ​ **Company:** Next Education Pvt. Ltd. ​ **Travel Requirement:** 70%–80% ​ **Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent ​ ​ **Job Responsibilities** ​ ​ Conduct English language training sessions for students and teachers. ​ Design and deliver teacher training programs to enhance classroom effectiveness. ​ Develop curriculum-aligned lesson plans and resource materials. ​ Provide ongoing academic support and mentoring to teachers. ​ Evaluate and improve teaching methods and language proficiency. ​ Monitor and assess student and teacher performance. ​ Stay updated with the latest educational trends and methodologies. ​ Collaborate with academic teams for consistent quality in delivery. ​ Maintain records of training sessions, assessments, and progress reports. ​ ​ **Qualifications / Preferred Candidate Skills** ​ Bachelor's degree in Arts (BA, MA). ​ Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in English. ​ Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal. ​ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners effectively. ​ Willingness and ability to travel to different locations for training assignments.
