Job description

**Role & responsibilities** 1. Operate and monitor DI Water Plant during the assigned shift. 2. Operate RO, UF, EDI, Mixed Bed and Softener systems. 3. Monitor DI Water Distribution, Rinse Water, Concentrate (Conc.), Reject Water and Acid/Alkaline systems. 4. Ensure uninterrupted DI water supply to production. 5. Monitor pumps, motors, valves, pressure gauges and flow meters. 6. Check filter differential pressure and membrane performance. 7. Monitor chemical dosing systems and tank levels. 8. Inspect pipelines for leakage or abnormalities. 9. Carry out routine equipment inspections. 10. Record conductivity, resistivity, TOC, pH, pressure and flow. 11. Monitor storage tanks and transfer pumps. 12. Assist maintenance team during PM and breakdowns. 13. Replace filters and cartridges as required. 14. Support membrane cleaning (CIP). 15. Prepare shift handover reports 16. Follow DI, MB, Softener, RO , UF operating SOPs. 17. Follow all EHS, PTW and LOTO procedures. **Preferred candidate profile** To operate, monitor and maintain the DI Water Treatment Plant (DI/WTP), including RO, UF, EDI, DI Water Distribution, Rinse Water, Concentrate (Conc.), Reject Water and Acid/Alkaline systems, ensuring uninterrupted supply of high quality process water, optimum system performance, safety compliance and continuous support to manufacturing operations. **Required Skills :** 1.
