Technician/ Sr. Technician (ZLD/Boiler/MEE Operations)

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** 1. Operate MVRE, MEE, Boiler and ATFD systems during the assigned shift. 2. Ensure uninterrupted operation of the complete ZLD plant. 3. Maintain optimum water recovery and process efficiency. Maximize water recovery while ensuring Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) compliance. 4. Monitor MVRE compressor, Monitor vibration, pressure and temperature. 5. Monitor condensate quality. 6. Ensure efficient compressor performance. 7. Monitor steam pressure and vacuum, monitor feed concentration, also monitor evaporator temperatures. 8. Support CIP activities wherever required 9. Monitor pumps, compressors, vacuum pumps, motors, heat exchangers and valves. 10. Record operating parameters, maintain shift logbook, record steam consumption. record water recovery & salt disposal records. 11. Prepare shift handover reports 12. Follow ZLD operating SOPs. 13. Follow all EHS, PTW and LOTO procedures. **Preferred candidate profile** To operate, monitor and maintain the Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) System, including MVRE, Boiler, Multiple Effect Evaporator (MEE) and Agitated Thin Film Dryer (ATFD), ensuring maximum water recovery, continuous steam availability, safe operation, environmental compliance and reliable utility support for uninterrupted plant production. **Required Skills** 1.
