This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The Technology Architect collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with business goals and technical requirements, continuously refining and adapting solutions to meet evolving needs within dynamic environments. Roles \& Responsibilities: * Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. * Responsible for team decisions. * Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. * Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. * Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards. * Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align objectives. * Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional \& Technical Skills: * Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Intune. * Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures. * Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and endpoint management solutions. * Ability to integrate security and compliance requirements within architectural designs. * Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective resolutions. * Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
