Role Summary We are looking for a high-caliber, hands-on technology leader to head a multi-disciplinary development team delivering enterprise platforms, custom applications, integrations, analytics, and AI solutions. This role will lead developers and architects across multiple technology stacks including .NET, Dataverse, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Full Stack (Angular/jQuery/.NET Core), Python applications, data analytics, and AI. The ideal candidate is a true technologist: deeply hands-on, intellectually curious, fast learner, execution-focused, and capable of operating as the all-rounder captain of a high-performing development team. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Architecture Ownership • Lead the design, development, enhancement, and modernization of enterprise applications across multiple platforms. • Own solution architecture, development standards, code quality, scalability, security, and performance. • Drive technical decisions across custom applications, ERP extensions, integrations, analytics, and AI use cases. • Ensure fit-for-purpose technology choices aligned with business priorities and long-term maintainability. Multi-Stack Development Delivery • Oversee development delivery across .NET, .NET Core, Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Angular, jQuery, Python, APIs, automation, and reporting platforms. • Guide teams on best practices in application design, reusable components, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and deployment. • Review critical code, unblock teams, solve complex issues, and step in hands-on when required. • Accelerate delivery velocity while maintaining development discipline. Innovation, Analytics & AI Enablement • Lead development of analytics products,dashboards, data wkflows, and automation solutions. • Identify and implement practical AI opportunities that improve productivity, decision-making, or user experience. • Evaluate emerging technologies and rapidly translate them into business value. Team Leadership & Talent Development • Lead and mentor developers, technical leads, architects, analysts, and emerging engineers. • Build a strong development culture rooted in ownership, learning agility, speed, collaboration, and craftsmanship. • Coach team members across diverse technologies and create cross-skilling pathways. • Manage capacity planning, hiring inputs, performance management, and succession development. Delivery Governance & Operational Excellence • Own development execution across concurrent projects, enhancements, and support initiatives. • Improve estimation accuracy, sprint execution, release quality, and production stability. • Manage risks, technical debt, escalations, vendor coordination, and environment readiness. • Partner closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and product owners. Preferred Experience • 10+ years of experience in software development, enterprise applications, or digital product delivery. • Prior leadership experience managing cross-functional development teams. • Exposure to cloud platforms, integrations,DevOps tooling, data platforms, and AI/ML implementations. • Experience in internal digital transformation or enterprise technology environments.
