Driving Innovation, efficiency and scalability through automation and Integration, these solutions enable Citi to comply with regulatory mandates and empower our businesses to achieve their goals, both current and long-term. As part of Finance technology, our products and initiatives adhere to Citi’s strategic architecture principles and support the end-to-end integration of multiple global functions within the bank including Finance, Risk, Treasury and Tax. **About the Role:** The Technology Product Management Analyst is a strategic professional who owns defining our overarching product strategy, spearheading business engagement and transformation and contributing to directional strategy for AI, integration and automation capabilities. It is a Techno-functional hands-on role with experience building products that solve real and pressing problems in highly complex and regulated environments. Key responsibility will be to define Product vision, strategy and roadmap, develop solution proposals, business cases, solution design and tactics in engagement with Business and Technology stakeholders. This role will be responsible for leading business process redesign, map existing and to-be processes for operational optimization, digital transformation initiatives. With Data at the heart of everything we do, this role will require strong data analytical skills, tracing lineage of data, and developing conceptual and logical data models. The role is expected to drive cross-functional collaboration and effective communication with business and technology partners, to guide, influence and convince others and lay the direction for Product development. **Responsibilities:** - Ownership of the Product backlog and roadmap, strategy, outlining the vision and direction for the product offering over time, to ensure users derive the most value possible from the product. - Develop solution proposals, business cases, and budget requests - Define and prioritize and product roadmaps aligned with transformation initiative and coordinate delivery with engineering - Work in an agile environment (Scrum/ release ceremonies), continuously reviewing the business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones and deliverables, and identifying opportunities and risks - Responsible to create Product features and epics functionalities in JIRA which enable achievement of business goals by collaborating with stakeholders. - Drive stakeholder alignment and iterative product delivery - Lead business process redesign, operational optimization, digital transformation initiative and change management - Manage cross-functional dependencies, regulatory and risk alignment, user adoption and change management. - Work with Data: Data analysis to document business requirements at the right level, draw meaningful insights, and visualize conceptual and logical data models and flows. Collaborate with various teams and application owners to unify data concepts across finance applications across Citi. - Stay ahead of AI. This space moves fast. We need someone who follows it seriously, brings new ideas back to the team, and actively applies what they're learning to the products we build. If you've been experimenting with new models, new tooling, or new patterns, that's exactly the kind of thinking we want in the room. - Appropriately assess risk and impact when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency. - Understand and anticipate user needs. Analyze gaps in capabilities, opportunities for optimization and efficiency and enhancing user experience, remediating risk, and control gaps. - Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated and unique situations, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. - Communicate like it matters. Participate in day-to-day product management for core products such as product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results **Must-have skills:** - **8+ Years of** Demonstrated experience in Product Management and/or Product Development discipline with Finance background is mandate - Solid Experience with Data pipelines, virtualization, analytics, Automation and management, process re-engineering and AI-led transformation projects. - Ability to Represent customer needs to guide product development features, functionality, and overall compe
