We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change**.** **Work Profile** - Develop project plans for execution of electrical works across various packages for a thermal power project - Finalise project schedules for completion of electrical works in integration with mechanical readiness of various packages - Plan and generate look-ahead for material delivery coordinating directly with manufacturing units - Review task preparation in terms of availability of desired inputs for construction incl. design, manpower, equipment & material - Track contractor resource and manpower requirement aligned with meeting construction targets - Suggest strategies/execution practices to expedite electrical erection & commissioning activities - Coordination with engineering team for resolution of any issues - Preparation of capex plan for electrical works - Follow up with various contractors/execution agencies for various execution related targets/commitments - Assistance in monitoring contractor performance **Skills** - 5-8 years of experience in electrical works for large infrastructure projects with minimum 5+ years of experience in managing electrical work preferably in a thermal power plant - Candidate should have good presentation skills, good command on English Position requires deployment on project site - Early/immediate joiners **Desired qualifications** B.E. Electrical/Electronics from top engineering colleges. Post Graduation is an added advantage
