Learn more about ET&P **Your work profile** - Lead functional discovery and workshops for order management processes, rules, and integrations. - Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and acceptance criteria. - Analyze current state processes and identify improvement opportunities applicable to the future OMS model. - Partner with architects and integration teams to clarify design impacts and dependencies. - Support UAT planning and execution, including clarifying test scenarios, expected outcomes, and sign-off criteria. - Drive end-to-end traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle. - Mentor junior BAs and support readiness of business SMEs. **Key skills required** - Implement and support SAP CO module (Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis – CO-PA) - Configure and maintain organizational structures, cost centers, profit centers, and controlling areas - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements - Integrate SAP CO with other modules such as FI, MM, SD, and PP - Perform cost allocations, assessments, and settlements - Support month-end and year-end closing activities - Develop and enhance financial reports and dashboards - Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues - Participate in system testing, upgrades, and deployments - Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls ## **Required Skills & Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field - 3–12 years of SAP CO experience (depending on level) - Strong experience in: - Cost Center Accounting (CCA) - Internal Orders (IO) - Product Costing (PC) - Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) - Good understanding of SAP FI integration - Experience in configuration and customization of CO processes - Exposure to S/4HANA Finance (preferred) ## **Preferred Skills** - Experience in S/4HANA (Margin Analysis / Account-based CO-PA) - Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps for Controlling - Experience with SAP BW/BI or reporting tools - Basic ABAP debugging knowledge - Familiarity with SAP BTP or SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) ## **Key Competencies** - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management - Ability to work in cross-functional teams - Attention to detail and financial accuracy ## **Nice to Have** - SAP CO or S/4HANA Finance certification - Experience in full lifecycle implementations (End-to-End) - Exposure to automation and digital finance initiatives **Desired Skills and Experience** - Living Our Purpose: Acts as a role model and inspires others to embrace and live our purpose and values. - Talent Development: Actively contributes to building the talent pipeline; creates a talent experience that attracts, develops and retains top talent and high performing teams. - Performance Drive: Creates opportunities to drive impact; anticipates client needs and delivers superior results by leveraging each person’s strengths to build high performing teams across businesses and borders. - Influence: Builds deep relationships across a diverse network and uses a flexible influencing style to gain buy-in and drive impact. - Inspirational Leadership: Establishes a strong leadership brand and inspires followership through passion, integrity, and appreciation of others. **Qualifications** - CA / MBA- Finance/ Cost Accountants - Willingness to travel for short and long term durations. - Strong communication skills (written & verbal). **Location and way of working** - Base location: Noida - This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work. - Hybrid is our default way of working.
