The team works across cloud-native platforms and full-stack architectures to build resilient and future-ready software solutions, enabling organizations to stay competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. **Your work profile** The Full Stack Java Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable cloud-based applications using modern technologies such as Java 21 and React 18. This role involves working in an agile, international environment to develop SaaS-based solutions, ensuring high-quality code, seamless deployment, and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle. **Key skills required**: - 3–5 years of experience in software development using Java-based technologies - Strong hands-on experience with: - Java 21, Spring Boot, Maven - React 18, JavaScript (NPM/Yarn), Material UI - RESTful APIs and web services - HTML5, CSS - PostgreSQL or any RDBMS - Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins - Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment - Familiarity with development tools: Eclipse, IntelliJ, Git, SVN, SonarQube, Teamscale - Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives) - Experience in test-driven development, code refactoring, and performance optimization - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and teamwork skills **Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech), MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent with a good academic record - Experience working in cloud-based SaaS environments - Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automated deployment strategies - Experience managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure - Knowledge of continuous deployment and orchestration practices - Exposure to international project environments **Key Skills & Competencies** - Full-stack development (Java + React) - Object-oriented programming and clean code practices - Agile development and collaboration - CI/CD pipeline implementation - Cloud and containerization (Docker) - API development and integration - Debugging, testing, and performance optimization - Strong collaboration and communication skills **Success Metrics** - Timely delivery of high-quality software solutions - Application performance, stability, and scalability - Efficiency of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation - Code quality and maintainability (low defects, optimized performance) - Contribution to team collaboration and agile processes
