Job description

**Job Location: Kolkata, Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Coimbatore, Bangalore** **Job Description:** - Provide day-to-day support for SAP SD applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. - Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and provide solutions within the SAP SD framework. - Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation. - Assist in the implementation of new features and enhancements in SAP SD. - Conduct testing and validation of changes to ensure they meet business requirements. - Document processes, issues, and resolutions for future reference. - Provide training and support to end-users as needed. - Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues. - Validate queue monitoring and IDOC related issues. - Analyze and implement minor enhancements and change requests. - Align ticket and issue status to engagement counterpart. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience with SAP SD, including configuration and support. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes is a plus. **Preferred Skills:** - Familiarity with integration points between SAP SD and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP SD, SAP MM). - Certification in SAP SD is an advantage.
