**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and convert them into paying customers. - Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, research, and networking. - Cross-sell existing products or services to existing clients to increase revenue growth. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software. **Job Requirements :** - 0-2 years of experience in telesales, lead generation, or a related field. - Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet daily targets.
