Job description

Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. - Inform customers about new jewellery collections, offers, events, and promotions. - Generate store walk-ins and appointment bookings. - Follow up with customer inquiries and leads. - Maintain accurate customer records and call logs. - Handle customer queries politely and professionally. - Coordinate with the store team to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Achieve daily calling and appointment targets. Eligibility - **Qualification:** 12th Pass / Graduate. - **Experience:** 13 years in Telecalling, Customer Service, BPO, or Retail. - Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply. Skills Required - Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. - Strong customer service and convincing skills. - Good telephone etiquette. - Basic knowledge of MS Office. - Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
