Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in **Tamil is must** 2. Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely. 3. Patience and empathy to manage difficult or irate customers. 4. Prior experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus. 5. Freshers and experience both can apply.
