Role Overview - ------------ This is a field engineering and telecom project management role focused on network rollout, deployment execution, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities - ------------------- . Lead the planning and execution of telecom rollout activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. . Coordinate with internal teams, field deployment engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution and alignment with project objectives. Ideal Candidate Profile - ---------------------- . Bachelor's degree in Telecom Engineering, Electronics \& Communication Engineering, or a related field. . 3-6 years of experience in telecom field operations and deployment projects. . Minimum 3 years of experience in telecom project field management. . Minimum 3 years of experience managing RAN rollout and swap projects involving Nokia technologies. Preferred Skills - --------------- . Project Management experience in telecom deployment environments. . Direct customer management and stakeholder engagement experience. . Quality Management knowledge and implementation experience.
