**ABOUT THE ROLE** We are seeking a highly skilled **Senior Telecom OSS Developer** with strong expertise in **C++ development, Linux/Unix environments, and Telecom OSS/BSS systems** . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting telecom network management and OSS applications while collaborating with global customers and cross-functional teams. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on development expertise, and a deep understanding of telecom protocols and network management concepts. **RESPONSIBILITIES** - Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Telecom OSS platforms and network management applications. - Develop robust and scalable solutions using **C++, STL, OOPs concepts, and Design Patterns** . - Implement and optimize **multi-threaded and concurrent applications** . - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues and defects. - Perform root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes for recurring issues. - Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements. - Contribute to technical solution design, automation initiatives, and process improvements. - Support deployment, performance tuning, debugging, and continuous enhancement activities. - Participate in Agile development processes, code reviews, and CI/CD practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of telecom solutions. **QUALIFICATIONS** - **Experience:** 4–8 years of relevant experience. - **Location:** Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad. - **Education:** B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or equivalent. - Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in **C++ Development** . - Experience working in Telecom OSS/BSS environments and network management domains. **REQUIRED SKILLS** Technical Skills - C++ - Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) - STL (Standard Template Library) - Data Structures & Algorithms - Multi-threading and Concurrent Programming - Design Patterns - Linux/Unix Telecom Domain Expertise - Telecom OSS/BSS - OSS/BSS Architecture - Service Provisioning - Fault Management - Performance Management - Inventory Management - Service Assurance - Network Management Systems (NMS) Protocols & Networking - TCP/IP - SNMP - SIP - Diameter Engineering & Support - Debugging and Performance Tuning - Production Support - Defect Analysis & Root Cause Identification - Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills **PREFERRED SKILLS** - NETCONF - Shell Scripting - Git - Jenkins - CI/CD Pipelines - Agile/Scrum Methodologies - Cloud & Container Technologies - Telecom Network Technologies - Automation Framework Development - Customer-Facing Technical Support Experience
