**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Handle cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. - Provide exceptional customer service to clients by resolving their queries and concerns in a timely manner. - Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and perform daily reconciliations as required. - Ensure compliance with bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. **Job Requirements :** - 1-5 years of experience in banking operations or related field. - Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and ability to manage large amounts of money accurately. - Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues alike. - Basic understanding of banking operations, products, and services.
