Job description

**Responsibilities** - Manage day-to-day terminal operations including passenger processing, facilities, and services. - Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, safety standards, and security procedures. - Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agencies, security agencies, customs, immigration, and concessionaires. - Monitor terminal performance, passenger flow, and crowd management during peak and irregular operations. - Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and infrastructure readiness of terminal buildings. - Implement emergency response plans and manage incidents, disruptions, and crisis situations. - Manage terminal budgets, operating costs, and resource allocation. - Ensure high standards of customer service and handle passenger complaints and feedback. - Supervise, train, and evaluate terminal operations staff and contractors. - Support implementation of new technologies, systems, and process improvements. Safety and Security Responsibilities - Enforce safety management systems (SMS) and occupational health & safety standards. - Coordinate terminal security operations and audits. - Ensure preparedness for emergencies including fire, medical, security, and evacuation scenarios. **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Airport Management, Aviation, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - 8–12 years of experience in airport operations or terminal management. - Strong knowledge of airport regulatory requirements (DGCA / ICAO / IATA standards preferred). - Experience managing large teams and multiple stakeholders.
