**Dear Candidate,** **We have an urgent opening for the role of Regional Sales Manager - Admixture Sales with our Construction Chemical Division of JSW Green Cement.** **You are requested to go through the JD and if Interested you are requested to share your profile at shraddha.bhosle@jsw.in.** The Territory Sales Manager Admixtures will be responsible for driving sales and business development across the assigned territory by promoting the company's concrete admixture solutions to Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) manufacturers, infrastructure projects, contractors, builders, precast manufacturers, and channel partners. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, ensuring timely collections, and providing technical sales support to maximize customer satisfaction and business growth **Role: Territory Sales Manager** **Company: JSW Green Cement Limited** **Role & responsibilities** **Job Description:** . **Key Responsibilities** - Achieve sales, revenue, and collection targets for the assigned territory. - Develop business with RMC plants, infrastructure projects, contractors, and builders. - Identify and convert new business opportunities. - Build and maintain relationships with key customers and consultants. - Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and trials. - Coordinate with the Technical Services team for customer support and product approvals. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends. - Ensure timely collections and adherence to company credit policies. - Maintain accurate sales forecasts and MIS reports. **Educational Qualification** - B.E./B.Tech (Civil/Chemical preferred) or Graduate with relevant industry experience. - MBA in Marketing is an added advantage. **Experience** - 5–8 years in Construction Chemicals, Admixtures, RMC, Cement, or Building Materials sales. **Should know local language.** **Construction Chemicals Business:** Our range of Construction Chemicals is a comprehensive solution to elevate construction projects.
